Terms of Service (TOS)
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and will adhere to these Terms.

Commission Rights, Copyright, Usage
Parties are defined as: Seller (jadetine) and Buyer (the person requesting / commissioning the art)
I, the Seller (jadetine), reserve the right to:
1. Post artwork on my online portfolio, unless previously agreement to keep private
2. Retain or discard the PSD layered files and share or deny sharing with whom I see fit
3. Reject partial refunds once the sketch phase has started
You, the Buyer, have the right to:
1. Request changes to the art on the schedule outlined below
2. Request a status update on the artwork at any point in time
Usage:
1. The art is available only for personal use. Examples of this include: Profile Picture, Forum Signature, Gifts for friends (who must not resell or reproduce the art).2. The buyer must not apply the art for commercial purposes. Examples of this include: reproduce the art on merchandise / books / physical media, sell the art, apply the art to NFTs.

Option 1 - Cash

Currency: USD (United States Dollars $)
Schedule: 50% prior to sketch, remaining 50% due once sketch is approved by buyerOption 2 - Digital Currency
Via: Discord Nitro, Amazon Giftcard, Steam Games / Gift Cards
Schedule: Full payment up front
Refunds
Full refund available before sketch is started.
Partial refund (referring to the initial 50% deposit in whole) is available before the final sketch approval.
No refunds after the sketch has been approved.

Timeline and Art Revisions
Typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks.
